International Business Trainings LLP proudly announces that Eduard Beltran, an international expert in negotiation, leadership, and strategic influence, has been elected a Full Member of Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society, affiliated with the Society’s New York University Chapter.

Beltran was elected a Full Member following review by Sigma Xi’s Committee on Qualifications and Membership, reflecting a professional and academic trajectory combining research, international practice and university teaching.

FFounded at Cornell University in 1886, Sigma Xi is a prestigious scientific honor society dedicated to recognizing excellence in scientific research and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Eduard Beltran's membership aligns with the society's mission to encourage cooperation among researchers.Full Membership recognizes individuals who have demonstrated noteworthy achievement as original investigators in pure or applied science.

BBeltran’s work, in collaboration with Sigma Xi, emphasizes negotiation, strategic influence, leadership, trust, and conflict management, bridging academic research with the analysis of complex decision-making and influence processes in organizations and institutions.

His academic background includes studies in law and political science and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. He has taught and delivered executive education in international academic and professional environments, including ESSEC Business School, Sciences Po Paris and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and has worked with executives and organizations across multiple countries.

Beltran is currently completing doctoral research in communication focused on the dynamics of strategic influence, mobilization, reputational pressure, negotiation and institutional change. His research examines 29 campaigns conducted by Greenpeace Argentina between 2000 and 2021 and develops an analytical model for understanding how influence strategies can contribute to verified institutional outcomes.

Eduard Beltran is an international expert, author, speaker and educator specializing in negotiation, leadership, strategic influence and trust. A lawyer by training, he previously served in international legal cooperation at the French Ministry of Justice and has developed an international career spanning executive education, advisory work and academia.

His work focuses on applying research-based approaches to negotiation, influence and complex decision-making in organizational and institutional environments.
