Verizon Offers Customers and Small Businesses Chance to Win FIFA World Cup 2026 Final Tickets

Verizon announced today that it is giving its mobile and home customers, as well as small businesses nationwide, a chance to win tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final. The final match will take place on July 19 at the New York New Jersey Stadium. Verizon is offering multiple ways for fans to secure tickets, emphasizing its commitment to bringing customers closer to the action.

The primary opportunity is a national ticket drop via Verizon Access, scheduled for April 28 at 3 p.m. EST. Tickets to the final will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to Verizon mobile and home customers. Travel and accommodations are not included in the prize. This direct giveaway aims to reward existing customers with an exclusive experience.

For small business owners, Verizon has launched the Small Business Super Pitch Competition. Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old, own a small business in the U.S., and register for the free Verizon Small Business Digital Ready platform. They must also complete one course or attend an event in the Winning Customers category between January 1 and May 18. Entries open from April 27 to May 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Regional semi-finals will occur in late June, with the final live pitch event on July 17. Prizes include tickets to FIFA World Cup 2026 games, including the final, along with grant funding from Verizon.

Additionally, select Verizon retail stores will offer in-store giveaways from April 24 to May 15. Shoppers can enter for a chance to win tickets without a purchase. Participating stores can be found via VisitVerizonStores.com, with specific locations in Denver and Chicago listed at VisitVerizonStores.com/Denver and VisitVerizonStores.com/Chicago.

This initiative underscores Verizon's strategy to leverage major sporting events to enhance customer engagement and support small businesses. By offering exclusive access to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final, Verizon aims to strengthen brand loyalty and provide tangible value to its customer base. The small business competition also aligns with Verizon's broader efforts to support entrepreneurship through digital resources.
