Trilogy Metals Named to 2026 TSX30 After 570% Share Price Surge

Trilogy Metals Inc. (NYSE American: TMQ) (TSX: TMQ) has been named to the 2026 TSX30, an annual ranking of the top-performing companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange over a three-year period based on dividend-adjusted share price appreciation. The company's share price increased 570% during the three years ended June 30, 2026.

President and CEO Tony Giardini said the recognition reflects investor confidence in Trilogy and the strategic importance of the Arctic Project in northwestern Alaska to the American critical mineral supply chain. The TSX30 ranking underscores Trilogy's strong market performance and growing relevance in the critical minerals sector.

Trilogy Metals holds a 50 percent interest in Ambler Metals LLC, which has a 100 percent interest in the Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects (UKMP) in northwestern Alaska. On December 19, 2019, South32, a globally diversified mining and metals company, exercised its option to form a 50/50 joint venture with Trilogy Metals. The UKMP is located within the Ambler Mining District, one of the richest and most-prospective known copper-dominant districts in the world.

The district hosts polymetallic VMS deposits that contain copper, zinc, lead, gold and silver, and carbonate replacement deposits which have been found to host high-grade copper and cobalt mineralization. Exploration efforts have focused on two deposits: the Arctic VMS deposit and the Bornite carbonate replacement deposit. Both deposits are located within a land package spanning approximately 190,929 hectares.

Ambler Metals has an agreement with NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., an Alaska Native Corporation, providing a framework for exploration and potential development of the Ambler Mining District in cooperation with local communities. Trilogy Metals' vision is to develop the Ambler Mining District into a premier North American copper producer while protecting and respecting subsistence livelihoods.

The TSX30 recognition comes as demand for critical minerals, particularly copper and cobalt, continues to rise due to the global transition to clean energy and electric vehicles. The Arctic Project's potential to supply these minerals domestically could reduce U.S. reliance on foreign sources, enhancing national security and economic resilience. Trilogy's inclusion in the TSX30 not only validates its operational progress but also signals the market's recognition of the strategic value of its assets.

For investors, the TSX30 honor may increase visibility and attract further investment, potentially supporting the company's development plans.
