Trailbreaker Resources Completes Drilling at the Swan Zone, Atsutla Gold Project, British Columbia

Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) has announced the completion of its maiden drill program at the Swan Zone, a copper-gold-silver (Cu-Au-Ag) porphyry target within the company's 100%-owned Atsutla Gold Project in northwestern British Columbia. The program, which consisted of two diamond drill holes totalling 801.00 metres, was part of a larger exploration effort that also targeted the Highlands Zone, a high-grade vein-hosted gold target located 26 kilometres away.

The Swan Zone is defined by a 1.5 km x 1.5 km multi-element soil geochemical anomaly (Au-Cu-Ag-As-Mo-Sb-Bi) that coincides with a 2.1 km x 1.4 km donut-shaped chargeability high, as identified by a 2024 induced polarization survey. The drilling tested a strike length of 1,000 metres and a vertical extent of 395 metres, providing initial data on this previously untested target.

According to Daithi Mac Gearailt, President and CEO of Trailbreaker, the program was well-executed and met its objectives within budget. "This was a first-pass, exploratory program, and we achieved our goals while remaining within budget," he said. The company has submitted 1,000 drill core samples to Bureau Veritas' prep lab in Whitehorse, Yukon, and assay results are pending.

The Atsutla Gold Project, centred over the regional-scale Teslin-Thibert fault system, has been a focus of Trailbreaker's exploration since 2020. The company has outlined five significant zones of gold mineralization across a 26-kilometre span, including the Highlands Zone, which has yielded rock samples with up to 630 g/t Au and 1,894 g/t Ag, and the Swan Zone, which has returned grab samples grading up to 11.7 g/t Au, 212 g/t Ag, and 0.81% Cu.

The completion of drilling at the Swan Zone is a key milestone for Trailbreaker, as it represents the first test of a target that has been developed over the past five years. The results will be crucial in determining the potential of the porphyry system and guiding future exploration. The company remains committed to systematic exploration and research, maintaining a portfolio of quality mineral properties in mining-friendly jurisdictions.
