Tonix Pharmaceuticals Presents Promising Immuno-Oncology Data at AACR 2026, Highlighting TNX-1700 and TNX-4700

Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: TNXP) announced new preclinical data from its immuno-oncology portfolio, including TNX-1700 and TNX-4700, presented at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2026 in San Diego. The findings were shared through one oral and two poster sessions, highlighting the company's progress in developing novel cancer treatments.

The data on TNX-1700, a potential therapy for gastric cancer, indicated that it reduces inflammation and tumor progression in preclinical models. Additionally, TNX-1700 demonstrated favorable pharmacokinetics, supporting its further development. TNX-4700, which targets BTLA (B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator), showed promising in vitro activity, underscoring its potential as a cancer immunotherapy candidate, either alone or in combination with other checkpoint inhibitors.

Tonix Pharmaceuticals is a fully-integrated, commercial-stage biotechnology company focused on central nervous system (CNS) and immunology treatments in areas of high unmet medical need. The company's recently approved flagship medicine, TONMYA (cyclobenzaprine HCl sublingual tablets 2.8mg), is the first new treatment for fibromyalgia in over 15 years. Tonix's CNS commercial infrastructure supports its marketed products, including Zembrace SymTouch and Tosymra for acute migraine. The company is also evaluating TONMYA in Phase 2 clinical trials for major depressive disorder and acute stress disorder.

In addition to its CNS pipeline, Tonix is advancing immunology programs, including monoclonal antibody TNX-4800 for Lyme disease prophylaxis and TNX-1500, a third-generation CD40 ligand inhibitor for preventing kidney transplant rejection. TNX-2900, targeting Prader-Willi syndrome, is Phase 2 ready.

The presentation of these data at AACR 2026 highlights Tonix's commitment to expanding its immuno-oncology pipeline. The company's product development candidates are investigational new drugs or biologics; their efficacy and safety have not been established and have not been approved for any indication.
