True Nutrition Technology (TNT), a German sports nutrition brand with more than 500,000 customers, is set to attend the ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session from Sept. 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The company aims to establish new retail relationships and broaden its presence in the competitive U.S. sports nutrition market. Managing Director Markus Himmelstoss will lead the effort, introducing retailers to TNT's German roots and its performance-focused product portfolio.
The ECRM session brings together brands and category buyers for scheduled business meetings, providing TNT a platform to engage directly with U.S. retailers. Himmelstoss emphasized the importance of these meetings: "For us, ECRM is about building relationships and finding the right retail partners for the next stage of TNT's growth in the United States." He added that the company has a strong customer base in Germany and Europe and is eager to learn what U.S. retailers are seeking.
TNT's U.S. expansion is already underway. Its products are available to American consumers through Amazon and OneLavi, giving the brand an established online presence. For example, TNT Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate Powder is available on Amazon and OneLavi. Similarly, TNT Synapsensause "Wild Berry" Pre-Workout Booster can be found on Amazon and OneLavi, while TNT Clear Whey Protein Isolate - Peach Iced Tea is offered on OneLavi. This progression from e-commerce to broader retail distribution marks a critical next step for the brand.
"The U.S. sports nutrition market is extremely competitive, but that's also what makes the opportunity so exciting," Himmelstoss said. "American consumers have tremendous choice. We believe TNT's combination of German product development, quality, and a brand built around serious performance gives us something distinctive to bring to retailers."
TNT's portfolio spans several performance nutrition categories, including Creapure Creatine Monohydrate, CLEAR WHEY protein isolate, Synapsensause Pre-Workout, and Game Changer, a carbohydrate and electrolyte formulation. Rather than focusing on a single product, TNT plans to discuss its broader brand and identify where individual products fit within different retail assortments. "We don't expect every retailer to be looking for exactly the same thing," Himmelstoss noted. "That's one of the advantages of having a broader portfolio."
Founded in Germany in 2012 by former athletes Michael Weigl and Markus Himmelstoss, TNT has built a reputation for premium supplements produced under strict German quality standards, with every product independently lab-tested for safety, purity, and transparency. The company's U.S. expansion aims to leverage this foundation while adapting to American retail needs. For Himmelstoss, the ECRM meetings are a chance to advance that effort through direct conversations with retail decision-makers. "We're not starting from scratch. We know who we are as a brand, we know our products, and we've spent years building trust with consumers," he said. "Now we're looking forward to introducing TNT to more U.S. retailers and finding partners who see the same opportunity we do."
