The Harvest Table Brings Clean-Label Transparency to ECRM as It Expands U.S. Presence

The Harvest Table, a South African wellness brand known for its clean-label products, is set to participate in the 2026 ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session, scheduled for September 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The company aims to demonstrate that in a marketplace crowded with complicated formulations and bold marketing claims, consumers and retailers are ready for simpler, more transparent options.

Founded by Catherine Clark, The Harvest Table has built its brand around knowing exactly what goes into each product, controlling manufacturing processes, and avoiding unnecessary complexity. "The wellness category has become incredibly crowded, and consumers are being asked to navigate more products and more marketing messages than ever before," said Clark. "We believe the answer isn't necessarily more ingredients or more complicated formulations. It's creating quality products with purpose and being transparent about what's inside them."

This philosophy is reflected in the company's product line. Its Grass Fed Bovine Collagen Granules provide Types I and III collagen sourced from grass-fed bovine collagen, formulated without added gums, fillers, preservatives, artificial flavors, or dyes. For those seeking a more comprehensive blend, Multi Collagen Radiance combines Types I, III, V, and X collagen with Vitamin C, Zinc, and Cranberry. Plant-based consumers can opt for the Vegan Protein, which is also free from unnecessary additives. These products illustrate how The Harvest Table caters to diverse preferences while maintaining ingredient transparency.

A key differentiator for The Harvest Table is its control over the entire production process. The company manufactures its products in-house at a custom-built facility in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. This direct oversight ensures rigorous quality standards, including annual Food Safety Assessment (FSA) audits, GMP compliance, and recognition as a Food Safe Facility. The company also holds Halal certification where applicable. "Quality isn't something we want to add to a marketing message after a product has been developed," said Sam Clark, CEO. "It starts with the ingredients we choose, continues through how we formulate and manufacture the product, and ultimately shows up in what the consumer receives."

The Harvest Table has already taken steps to expand its U.S. presence, with its products available on Amazon, including Multi Collagen Radiance, Bovine Collagen Granules, and Vegan Protein. Participation in ECRM will allow the company to introduce its philosophy to the U.S. retail community and share the story of a family-run business that has stayed true to its founding principles. "We don't believe consumers need more noise," said Catherine Clark. "They need products they can understand and brands they can trust."
