Tech Ranch Partners with Brenda Belmares to Strengthen Austin–Monterrey Innovation Corridor

Tech Ranch, a global ecosystem enabler focused on accelerating innovation-driven impact, has announced a strategic partnership with Brenda Belmares to strengthen and scale the Austin–Monterrey innovation corridor. This collaboration aims to build a more connected, cross-border ecosystem where venture builders, institutions, and investors work as part of a coordinated, care-driven network, reflecting Tech Ranch’s belief that the future of innovation is globally connected and built through trust.

The Austin–Monterrey corridor serves as a strategic bridge between talent, capital, and execution across borders. Tech Ranch and Belmares will activate this corridor as a living system to help entrepreneurs scale faster and smarter with aligned ecosystem support. This partnership reinforces Tech Ranch’s role as a “table builder,” bringing together diverse stakeholders to co-create solutions that no single entity could achieve alone.

Fueling this momentum, DETEC Digital has launched a key phase of its fundraising efforts in Austin and received recognition from the Consulate of Mexico for its cross-border leadership. DETEC exemplifies modern innovation under the USMCA framework, combining Canadian investment and engineering, U.S. technology leadership, and Mexican manufacturing excellence. This tri-national model is operational and demonstrates the coordinated execution the corridor aims to accelerate.

Further strengthening the ecosystem, Agentic TV LLC and Agentic Capital Partners have formed a strategic alliance with Tech Ranch to support founder-driven storytelling and innovation. Agentic Capital Partners focuses on capital formation, including PR and video storytelling for founders, while Agentic TV produces community-led local news content distributed through LatinHub.tv, with upcoming expansion to Bodegas.tv, a streaming service for New York City bodegas. As part of this collaboration, Agentic TV received its first $15,000 pre-seed investment from Cortes Capital LLC, marking an early step in building media infrastructure that amplifies entrepreneurial voices.

At the core of this initiative is Tech Ranch’s Venture Relationship Accelerator (VRA), a framework that transforms introductions into trusted, high-value relationships. Rather than transactional networking, the VRA fosters deep trust across borders, strategic alignment between stakeholders, and long-term collaboration driving measurable outcomes. This approach moves ecosystems from fragmented efforts to synchronized impact.

As part of this expanded commitment, Tech Ranch Founder and CEO Kevin Koym will attend IncMTY in Monterrey, one of Latin America’s leading innovation events, engaging with entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem leaders to build global bridges that empower local innovation to scale internationally. Tech Ranch also invites innovators, investors, and ecosystem leaders to its Global Connections event on March 18 at 1:00 PM, bringing together participants from Mexico, the United States, and a visiting Japanese delegation for multilateral dialogue on cross-border innovation.
