Strawberry Fields REIT (NYSE AMERICAN: STRW) reported operating results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, highlighted by 100% rent collections, FFO of $79.6 million or $1.43 per share and AFFO of $72.5 million or $1.30 per share, up from $60.2 million or $1.15 per share and $55.8 million or $1.07 per share, respectively, in 2024. Net income rose to $33.3 million from $26.5 million and rental income increased to $155.0 million from $117.1 million.
