Storagely, a website platform for self-storage operators, has announced Storagely 3.0.1, a complete rebuild of its platform and the largest release in the company's history. The new version will be publicly demonstrated for the first time at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show, September 8–11 at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, at Booth #1233.
The self-storage industry has evolved since Storagely entered it, and operators now face new constraints and questions. According to Austin Simmons, who became Chief Executive Officer in April 2026, operators have consistently voiced three demands: they want to be more hands-on rather than stuck behind support tickets, they want to launch new locations in days instead of weeks, and they want each facility to stand out in its own market. "We stopped just adding features and decided it's time to rebuild around those pain points," Simmons said. Central to the rebuild is a new architecture that gives operators more control. FLEX, the platform's drag-and-drop editor, allows operators to edit any block, swap layouts, and publish new pages in minutes without developer assistance. ATLAS, the new Location Profile Manager, consolidates each location's details—such as address, hours, pricing, photos, unit types, and amenities—into one convenient place, replacing multiple spreadsheets and hours of manual work. With ATLAS Google Profile sync, a simple edit to a Google Business profile can automatically update location details on the website. Together, these tools provide a faster alternative to support tickets and enable customization that gives each facility its own identity rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Launch velocity is another key improvement. New sites now launch in weeks rather than months, and new locations come online in days rather than weeks. New features also move faster. This increased speed allows operators to move at their own pace, stay agile, and make quick decisions to drive results. Performance has also been enhanced: Storagely rebuilt 3.0.1 from the ground up exclusively for self-storage, with modern architecture, faster load times on mobile and desktop, better page speed scores, and infrastructure that scales from a single store to hundreds of locations. The platform also includes a newly imagined one-page checkout with upgrades like a long-awaited merch shop and other upsell options.
Simmons, previously Chief Operating Officer, led the rebuild in close partnership with Founder and Executive Chairman Brian Leimone, whose technical vision continues to drive the platform.
