SOLOWIN HOLDINGS Partners With ATTRUS to Expand Digital Payments in Latin America

SOLOWIN HOLDINGS (NASDAQ: AXG) announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Gello Finance Ltd., has signed a financial and technology services agreement with ATTRUS US LLC to jointly develop liquidity services, cross-border payment networks and stablecoin fiat on/off-ramp capabilities across Latin America, initially targeting Mexico and Brazil. Under the agreement, Gello Finance will integrate its blockchain technology, AI-driven payment routing infrastructure and dual-token digital ecosystem with ATTRUS’s established local financial networks and fiat settlement channels.

The collaboration will focus on reducing friction in cross-border payments, developing stablecoin conversion services for regional users and businesses and advancing digital financial infrastructure for sectors including embedded finance, cross-border e-commerce and Web3. The company said the agreement supports its global expansion strategy following progress in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, with technical integration and product deployment already underway for future Latin American service launches.

This partnership marks a significant step for SOLOWIN HOLDINGS as it extends its reach into Latin America, a region with growing demand for efficient cross-border payment solutions. By combining its blockchain and AI capabilities with ATTRUS's local infrastructure, the company aims to address challenges such as high transaction costs and slow settlement times that have historically hindered cross-border commerce in the region. The integration of stablecoin conversion services is particularly notable, as it could provide businesses and individuals with more stable and accessible digital currency options amid local currency volatility.

The dual-token ecosystem of SOLOWIN HOLDINGS, which includes tokens such as AX COIN and FERION, is designed to support a wide range of financial applications. The partnership with ATTRUS is expected to accelerate the adoption of these tokens in Latin American markets, potentially driving increased usage of the company's platform for remittances, e-commerce payments, and other financial services. Moreover, the focus on embedded finance and Web3 sectors aligns with broader industry trends toward integrating digital assets into traditional financial systems.

For SOLOWIN HOLDINGS, this agreement represents an expansion beyond its existing operations in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East, signaling a strategic push into new geographic markets. The company's progress in these regions, combined with the new Latin American initiative, underscores its ambition to become a global leader in regulated fintech solutions. As technical integration and product deployment are already underway, the partnership may soon yield tangible benefits for users in Mexico and Brazil, with potential for further expansion across the region.
