(NASDAQ: SKYX), a provider of advanced and smart home platform technologies, announced a strategic partnership agreement with prominent European hotel and real estate developer Jean-François Ott, founder of Group OTT. Under the agreement, SKYX’s technologies will be deployed as a brand standard across Group OTT’s existing and future hotels and buildings throughout Europe.
Group OTT, based in France, has developed over 250 hospitality, residential, and commercial properties valued at more than $4 billion over the past 35 years. The integration of SKYX’s technologies is expected to reduce up to 90% of time and cost during renovations and new builds, while providing advanced and safer properties.
SKYX’s patented “smart ceiling” technology replaces fixed electrical wiring for ceiling lights, fans, smart devices, and other equipment with an integrated ceiling receptacle system. This innovation enables simplified and safer installation with no exposed wiring, significant reductions in installation time and costs, easier maintenance, and native integration of connected features such as smart lighting and IoT.
