Silver Crown Royalties Reports Record Revenues and Strategic Portfolio Growth in 2025

Silver Crown Royalties Inc. (Cboe:SCRI, OTCQX:SLCRF, BF:QS0) announced its audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, highlighting record revenues and strategic portfolio expansion. The company generated $1,233,408 in revenue for the year, up from $581,337 in 2024, driven by minimum quarterly payments on 22,281 silver ounces compared to 14,525 ounces the prior year. Total loss for 2025 was $4,309,043, compared to $3,593,343 in 2024 and $1,483,543 in 2023.

The macroeconomic environment for silver royalties improved significantly, with silver prices exceeding US$70 per ounce, a more than 100% increase over the fiscal year. Silver Crown completed the acquisition of a material cash-flowing silver royalty on PPX Mining’s Igor 4 Project in Peru, paying US$2,740,000 in cash for a 15% royalty on silver produced, with a minimum of 14,062.5 ounces per quarter starting March 31, 2026. During 2025, PPX paid an aggregate of $276,637 in royalty payments. The company anticipates exponentially higher payments as minimum obligations commence.

In August 2025, Silver Crown acquired a silver royalty on EDM Resources Inc.’s Scotia Mine in Nova Scotia, representing 90% of net proceeds from silver sales, with a minimum of 1,750 ounces per quarter (7,000 ounces annually) for 10 years starting at commercial production. EDM continues financing and permitting work toward a production restart. On the PGDM Complex in Brazil, Silver Crown holds a 90% net proceeds royalty with a minimum of 4,000 ounces per quarter. Although Pilar Gold Inc. faced setbacks in restarting production, the company remains optimistic. It recognized a $530,409 allowance for expected credit loss on PGDM receivables.

Operations at the Elk Gold Mine, subject to a 90% silver royalty with minimum deliveries of 1,500 ounces per quarter, were halted in Q2 2025 due to the previous operator’s financial challenges. A new operator acquired the mine through receivership, leading to a temporary pause in cash inflows for approximately three years. Silver Crown recognized a non-cash impairment of $940,446 on this royalty. The BacTech royalty, acquired in November 2024 for 90% of gross silver proceeds with minimum 8,750 ounces per quarter, was fully impaired as BacTech has not made significant progress toward its financing milestones.

CEO Peter Bures stated, “2025 was a formative year for your company. We structured and acquired multiple royalties positioning us for aggressive revenue growth in 2026. With over C$7 million in cash and silver bullion on our balance sheet, we can add additional royalties without further dilution.” The company has filed its audited financial statements on SEDAR+ at sedarplus.ca and will post them on its website at silvercrownroyalties.com. Silver Crown holds five silver royalties, offering exposure to precious metals as a hedge against currency devaluation.
