Shelly Group SE, a provider of IoT and smart building solutions based in Sofia, Bulgaria, today announced that its Board of Directors has determined the payment terms for the dividend approved by shareholders on June 29, 2026. The initial payment date is July 28, 2026, and the final payment date is July 28, 2027. The dividend will be distributed through the Central Depository AD, in accordance with Bulgarian securities regulations.
Shareholders with accounts in Register A (personal accounts) will receive payments via DSK Bank AD branches. Those with accounts in Register B (client sub-accounts with investment intermediaries) will receive dividends through their respective intermediaries, with assistance from the Central Depository. After the payment period ends, shareholders who have not received their dividends can claim them from the company in cash or by bank transfer for up to five years. Unclaimed dividends after this period will be transferred to the company's Reserve Fund.
This announcement follows the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 29, 2026. The company, listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (XETRA:SLYG), continues to expand its presence in the IoT and smart building sector. The dividend payment process is critical for shareholders, as it outlines the timeline and methods for receiving returns on their investment. The five-year claim period provides ample time for shareholders to collect any missed payments, ensuring that dividends are not forfeited prematurely. This structured approach aligns with standard practices in Bulgaria and offers clarity to investors.
Shelly Group's decision to distribute dividends reflects its financial health and commitment to shareholder value. The company, which designs IoT and smart building solutions for DIY and professional users, generates revenue from device sales and cloud applications. Its asset-light production model and global presence in over 100 countries position it well in the growing smart building market.
