The latest enhancement enables fully automated labeling of glass vials, opening doors to industries such as pharmaceuticals, laboratory diagnostics, and fine chemicals. INSPECT represents another milestone in product development, automating quality inspection of electronic assemblies after SMD placement. The system uses a high-resolution camera to capture assembled printed circuit boards, with software that identifies fiducial marks, component positions, and orientations, reads standard barcode and 2D code formats, and automatically documents results. Setup takes minutes, and calibration and operating data are preserved during updates. Enhanced stability and robustness ensure reliable operation even during hardware failures, elevating process control in electronics manufacturing.
