The Round Rock Chamber has announced the return of Round Rock Startup Day + Week, scheduled for May 5-7, 2026. This free, multi-day event aims to educate, connect, and inspire entrepreneurs, founders, creatives, and business leaders from across Central Texas. The centerpiece, Startup Day on May 7, will feature educational sessions, curated networking, and a pitch competition where selected founders compete for funding and exposure.
According to Adriana Nunez, Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Round Rock Chamber, the event is designed to build real momentum for entrepreneurs by creating intentional spaces for learning, connection, and growth. Session topics include "Failing Up: The Funding Edition," "Using Memes to Grow Your Business," and "Connections are Your Secret Weapon in an AI-Driven World," among others. These sessions aim to provide practical insights for startups and small businesses.
The week kicks off on May 5 with a Founders Forum, followed by 1 Million Cups Round Rock and co-working opportunities on May 6. The Pitch Competition, a highlight of Startup Day, will allow selected founders to present live to a panel of judges for a chance to win funding and gain exposure.
