REALM Launches AI-Powered Intelligence Reports for Luxury Real Estate Advisors

REALM, the invitation-only global network of luxury real estate advisors, has introduced REALM Intelligence, powered by Scoop, a personalized monthly report available to all its members. The launch addresses a growing challenge for top advisors: wealth is being created and relocated at a pace that makes it difficult for any individual to track. New fortunes emerge in technology hubs, established capital crosses borders, and families decide where to live earlier than before. Advisors serving these clients often lack time to analyze data.

REALM Intelligence aims to close this gap by delivering each member a report tailored to their market, segment, and book of business. The reports draw on a dataset that no single brokerage could assemble, analyzed by Scoop's AI to highlight actionable insights. Each report opens with an analysis of the advisor's own market, covering inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market, and compares their performance with the rest of the network. It also flags long-held listings and aging inventory as a watch list, with market conditions to monitor, worded with member input and MLS rules in mind.

The report then examines economic factors affecting the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) market, such as liquidity events, executive moves, and corporate relocations, sourced from public filings and REALM's wealth data. These are mapped to the advisor's territory, naming companies and connections. If a name points to a company or family known to another REALM member, the report guides the advisor to use REALM's connection tools. All information is grounded in the advisor's own listings and clients, visible only to them.

For advisors, the benefit is making calls earlier and with more confidence. A market shift appears as measured movement in their segments, not just anecdotal evidence. Since newly wealthy households rarely announce themselves, the AI identifies them from thousands of filings and records, giving advisors a crucial month's head start. As Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM, stated, “The industry has never had a shortage of dashboards. It has had a shortage of answers.” She emphasized that the report tells advisors where the opportunity is this quarter and what to do about it, given the $127 trillion transferring between generations and trillions more being created.

Early reactions from members have been positive. Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby's International Realty in Healdsburg, California, and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate in Central Florida noted that the reports accurately reflect their markets. The development process involved advisors from the start, ensuring the guidance is practical. Brad Peters, Founder and CEO of Scoop, explained that they ran the development as a loop, with the network defining what is useful and turning that into rules for the AI. This approach differs from vendor analytics that are often ignored.

REALM Intelligence is now available to all members, with a second release planned on wealth migration trends. REALM, an invitation-only network of about 600 luxury advisors across 23 countries and over 150 brokerage brands, represents over $50 billion in annual sales. Scoop, the AI platform behind the reports, specializes in performance management for multi-location businesses, codifying a COO's judgment into a custom AI context layer. Founded by Brad Peters, who previously built analytics businesses at Siebel and Birst, Scoop is SOC 2 Type II certified.
