As Nutritional Products International (NPI) prepares to attend the 2026 ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session, the company is also marking a significant milestone: 20 years of guiding domestic and international brands into the U.S. retail marketplace. The event, scheduled for September 14-17 at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, will bring together retail buyers and brands for pre-scheduled meetings, providing a platform for NPI to showcase its expertise and portfolio.
Founded and led by Mitch Gould, NPI has built a reputation for managing the entire U.S. market entry process, from regulatory compliance and logistics to securing retail placement and ongoing marketing support. Gould emphasized the value of ECRM in facilitating meaningful business conversations, aligning with NPI's proprietary Evolution of Distribution platform. This integrated approach combines global logistics, product readiness, market positioning, retail and eCommerce placement, and post-placement marketing into a turnkey solution.
The ECRM session is a key venue for NPI to connect with buyers from major health, specialty, food, drug, mass, and eCommerce retailers. Gould's decades of experience have been instrumental in helping products gain placement with retail giants such as Walmart, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, GNC, and Amazon. He was also among the early pioneers who helped establish Amazon's sports nutrition category by introducing over 100 brands to the platform during its formative years.
Gould's career includes collaborations with well-known athletes and celebrities, including Steven Seagal, Hulk Hogan, Chuck Liddell, Ronnie Coleman, and Roberto Clemente Jr., transforming emerging products into nationally distributed brands. His hands-on approach and understanding of competitive categories like sports nutrition have been central to NPI's success.
At this year's ECRM session, NPI will represent a growing portfolio of health and wellness brands seeking to expand in the United States. Gould noted that while the meetings create opportunities, success depends on the comprehensive preparation and follow-through that NPI provides. "We help brands prepare for retail, secure placement, and continue building momentum long after the meetings conclude," he said.
With 20 years of retail expansion expertise, NPI continues to play a pivotal role in helping brands navigate the complexities of the U.S. market, ensuring long-term, scalable growth.
