North Atlantic Titanium Corp. (CSE: NATO) has submitted applications for drilling permits for its diamond drill program at the Everett Titanium-Vanadium-Phosphate project near Havre-Saint-Pierre, Quebec. The company holds the 2,406-hectare property under option from Romaine River Titanium Inc. and has received confirmation that the required permits—PAF (Permit for forestry activities) and ATI (Permit for Work with Impact)—have been fully filed on behalf of both companies.
The planned diamond drilling program focuses on confirming historical drilling from 1951 and 1968 in the northern area of the exposed Everett Oxide Body. The program aims to complete approximately 25,000 meters across 20 drill pads over three years or less. Access to drill sites will primarily involve brushing out historical drill trails, minimizing forest impacts. The work will provide access to both the north and south areas of the 2.5-kilometer-long exposure. Drilling depths are expected to be less than 350 meters, as described in the ATI application.

The company is collaborating with Romaine River and a program managed by Elements08 Strategic Metals Excellence Centre, which includes partners such as Centre technologique des residus industriels (CTRI), Impact Global Solutions (IGS), and Corem. This program, partly funded by the Government of Quebec, supports metallurgical testing at the Everett project. North Atlantic Titanium is focused on developing the Everett project to produce high-quality titanium feedstocks with potential vanadium and phosphate coproducts.
The Everett project is strategically important for establishing a domestic critical minerals supply chain in Canada, particularly for titanium, which is essential for defense and aerospace applications.
