The Lawson Discovery, located near Central Butte, Saskatchewan, represents Canada's first-ever subsurface Natural Hydrogen system confirmed through deep drilling. Data from the discovery has been validated by three independent laboratories, strengthening the project's credibility. MAX Power has secured approximately 1.3 million acres (521,000 hectares) of permits across Saskatchewan, positioning the company as a leader in the emerging natural hydrogen sector.

In addition to the funding news, MAX Power announced that President and Director Chad Levesque will present at the Clean Energy & Metals Virtual Investor Conference on Aug. 27 from 1:30-2 p.m. ET. The live online event will allow investors to ask questions in real time, with an archived webcast available afterward.
