The Martial Arts History Museum in Glendale, California, announced it will offer free admission for all fathers on Father's Day, June 21, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The initiative aims to honor fathers by providing an affordable and memorable outing that explores the rich history of martial arts and Asian culture.
Located at 201 N. Brand Blvd., B100, the museum is the only facility of its kind in the world, designed by a Disney artist and spanning 8,000 square feet. Visitors can immerse themselves in exhibits covering Asian cultural history, the birth of MMA, and the artistic evolution of martial arts. Dads and their families can view an extensive collection of martial arts movie props, ninja displays, Japanese samurai artifacts, a history of anime, and an authentic workout item used by Bruce Lee.
The museum has become a cultural landmark in the Los Angeles area, attracting high-profile visitors such as Keanu Reeves, Danny Trejo, Marisa Tomei, Steve Oedekerk, and Duff McKagan. Unlike other Los Angeles museums that often involve heavy traffic and expensive parking, the Martial Arts History Museum offers a stress-free alternative. Convenient parking is available at 222 N. Orange, with the first 90 minutes free in the tower.
Admission on Father's Day is free for fathers, $12 for adults, and $5 for children. For more information, visit MAmuseum.com. The museum is an educational and cultural facility dedicated to preserving the history, art, and legacy of martial arts, highlighting their positive influence on global culture and film.
