LR Health & Beauty SE Publishes Final 2025 Annual Report and Continues Strategic Initiatives

LR Health & Beauty SE, Europe's leading social commerce company for nutritional supplements and beauty products, has published its final annual report for 2025, confirming the preliminary sales and earnings figures. The company reported group sales of EUR 277.1 million for the full year, down from EUR 289.2 million in 2024. Reported EBITDA fell to EUR 16.5 million from EUR 27.3 million, impacted by one-off effects from the reorganization of the financing structure. Normalized EBITDA, which excludes these effects, amounted to EUR 22.5 million, compared to EUR 32.6 million in the previous year.

The 2025 results reflect a transitional year for LR, as stated by CEO Jorg Korfer: “The 2026 financial year is a transitional year for LR, during which we have laid the groundwork – both financially and strategically – for sustainable business growth and performance. The newly established financing structure gives us the momentum we need to continue to consistently pursue the initiatives we have launched in production, logistics and sales in the second half of the year.” Korfer emphasized the company's commitment to working closely with its partners and expanding these relationships internationally.

A key strategic pillar for LR is expanding its in-house production capabilities. The company is investing over 2 million euros in a new, high-performance production line at its site in Ahlen, Germany. This investment will centralize the manufacture of the 5in1 product category, which includes the popular LR 5in1 Beauty Elixir and LR 5in1 Men’s Shot. The new production facility is designed to have an annual capacity of up to 40 million units, paving the way for further product innovations in modern nutritional supplement concepts.

This strategic move aims to optimize production efficiency and support long-term growth. By bringing production in-house, LR seeks to enhance quality control and reduce reliance on external manufacturers, which could improve margins and supply chain resilience. The investment also positions the company to capitalize on the growing demand for nutritional supplements and beauty products, particularly in the social commerce sector where LR operates.

LR's focus on strategic initiatives comes as the company navigates a competitive landscape. The decline in sales and EBITDA in 2025 was partly due to the one-off effects of the financing reorganization, but the normalized figures indicate a more stable underlying performance. The company's ability to invest in production despite these challenges underscores its financial stability and commitment to future growth.
