LaFleur Minerals Appoints Three Directors to Bolster Mining and Capital Markets Expertise as It Advances Swanson Gold Project and Beacon Mill Restart

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) (FSE: 3WK0) has announced the appointments of Paul Ténière, Peter Espig and Jeff Swinoga to its board of directors, as the company advances development of the Swanson Gold Project and plans to restart gold production at the Beacon Gold Mill in Quebec's Abitibi Gold Belt. The new directors bring extensive experience across mining operations, capital markets and corporate leadership, supporting governance and strategic oversight during its next phase of project development and planned production restart in Val-d'Or, Quebec. Concurrently, Preet Gill and Harveer Sidhu have resigned from the board effective March 15, 2026.

The appointments come as LaFleur Minerals consolidates a large land package along a major structural break that hosts the Swanson, Bartec, and Jolin gold deposits and several other showings making up the Swanson Gold Project. The project is approximately 18,304 hectares (183 km²) and includes several prospects rich in gold and critical metals previously held by Monarch Mining, Abcourt Mines, and Globex Mining. The company's fully-permitted and refurbished Beacon Gold Mill is capable of processing over 750 tonnes per day and is being considered for processing mineralized material from Swanson and for custom milling operations for other nearby gold projects.

Paul Ténière, a mining engineer with over 35 years of experience in mine development and operations, has held senior roles at several mining companies. Peter Espig brings capital markets expertise with a background in corporate finance and investor relations. Jeff Swinoga has extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic planning. Their addition is expected to strengthen the board's ability to guide the company through development and production milestones.

The company's focus on the Abitibi Gold Belt, a prolific mining region in Quebec, positions it to leverage existing infrastructure and nearby gold mills. The Swanson Gold Project is easily accessible by road, allowing direct access to several gold mills, further enhancing its development potential. The Beacon Gold Mill's capacity and permitted status provide a near-term production pathway.
