Katjes International Reports 55% Revenue Surge in First Half of 2026

Katjes International, a European brand holding company, announced a substantial increase in its financial results for the first half of 2026, with group revenue surging by approximately 55% to EUR 256.0 million, up from EUR 164.8 million in the same period last year. The company's EBITDA also rose by around 14% to EUR 15.8 million, compared to EUR 13.9 million in the previous year. This growth was primarily fueled by strategic acquisitions, including the integration of Nature Delivered Ltd. (Graze) and an investment in the Italian luxury brand Missoni.

The acquisition of Graze, a well-known healthy snacking brand in the UK, from Unilever was completed in February 2026. This deal not only brought the brand into the Katjes International portfolio but also included a production site in London with approximately 180 employees. This move underscores the company's commitment to expanding its presence in the healthy snacking segment.

In addition to Graze, Katjes Quiet Luxury, a division established in 2025, continued to broaden its portfolio. After acquiring a majority stake in the Bogner Group in September 2025, Katjes Quiet Luxury purchased an approximate 27% interest in Missoni in May 2026. This investment adds another globally recognized brand known for its unique identity and commitment to quality, further diversifying the group's holdings.

The remarkable revenue growth and improved earnings were largely attributed to the consolidation of Bogner companies, which have been part of the group since September 2025, and the first-time inclusion of Graze from February 2026. Since Bogner, like many other companies in the portfolio, traditionally generates a significant portion of its business in the second half of the year, Katjes International anticipates a substantial increase in earnings over the remaining months of 2026.

The company's financial foundation remains robust. As of June 30, 2026, group equity stood at approximately EUR 255.1 million, translating to an equity ratio of around 30%. Despite the acquisitions, Katjes International maintained a comfortable liquidity position of EUR 74.1 million at the reporting date.

Looking ahead, Katjes International is confident about its full-year performance and confirms its guidance of at least EUR 650 million in group revenue and an EBITDA margin between 10% and 12%. The company's interim report for the first half of 2026 is available on its website at Katjes International press and awards.
