Innovative Designs, Inc. (OTCQB: IVDN) has announced that its fiscal third quarter, ending July 31, 2026, delivered the highest revenues in company history, with a near 40% increase over the same period last year. This marks the eighth consecutive quarter of profitability for the Pittsburgh-based manufacturer of the Insultex House Wrap®. The company attributes this growth to the increasing market adoption of its insulation product, which is now available at nearly 200 retail locations across the United States, with new dealers joining weekly.
The Insultex House Wrap® meets or exceeds new government building codes for continuous insulation and exterior R-Value requirements. Unlike competitor products, it provides an R-6 moisture barrier membrane that eliminates the need for additional insulation boards or support. Full product specifications are available at Insultex House Wrap.
A significant development is the progress of the independent laboratory re-certification program with BRC Laboratories. CEO Joseph A. Riccelli Jr. has personally visited the facility and maintained regular communication with its manager. The program aims to re-certify the R-Value testing equipment, which would qualify Insultex® for a wider range of building applications and larger-scale projects. Riccelli noted that the certification could lead to revenues never before achieved by the company, and he expects official documentation soon, with more announcements to follow.
Randy Kimbler, Director of Business Development for Built Link Solutions, commented on the growing popularity of Insultex House Wrap®, stating that new building material suppliers are adopting the product almost every week, and individual builders and contractors are calling daily to capitalize on its value and cost savings.
The company plans to file its official fiscal 2026 third quarter financial report on time for its mid-September requirement. The continued growth and strategic certification efforts position Innovative Designs to expand its footprint in the multibillion-dollar homebuilding industry.
