Hallmark Venture Group, Inc. (OTC: HLLK) announced the completion of a strategic transaction that transitions the company from a shell entity into an operating drone technology business focused on unmanned aerial systems, defense technology, and commercial applications. The company acquired a worldwide drone technology platform from South Korea-based Sundori Drone Co., Ltd., obtaining proprietary technology, software, artificial intelligence and machine-learning assets, technical documentation, and commercialization rights tied to 12 Korean patents. The deal also includes ongoing engineering support and collaboration agreements.
The acquisition coincides with a change of control under which EQUORIX, LLC became Hallmark Venture Group's controlling shareholder, establishing a new business strategy centered on drone development, technology licensing, manufacturing partnerships, and international expansion. The company stated that the acquired platform encompasses technologies for surveillance, reconnaissance, autonomous operations, and swarm management. Plans are underway to pursue opportunities across defense, government, public safety, and commercial markets in the United States and allied nations.
Hallmark Venture Group intends to change its corporate name to SDR Drone Inc., subject to required approvals and FINRA processing. The company is now focused on technology licensing, strategic partnerships, manufacturing collaboration, and international market development. According to the press release, the transaction positions the company to capitalize on the growing demand for advanced drone solutions in both military and civilian sectors.
