Bestselling author Gina Iafrate has announced the release of her latest romantic fiction novel, Love And Betrayal, now available in print and ebook formats at Amazon. The novel is the third installment in the Strong Women series, following The Professor's Daughter and The English Professor.
Love And Betrayal continues the story of Gracy, a character introduced in The Professor's Daughter. The novel traces Gracy's emotional journey from the disillusionment of a broken marriage to the rediscovery of love and peace later in life. Gracy initially believes she has found eternal love with Alvaro, but his unfaithfulness and the influence of greed, jealousy, and revenge bring catastrophic consequences. In her solitude and despair, Gracy must summon courage and, with the help of caring people, ultimately finds love, peace, and support until the end of her life.
The Professor's Daughter, the sequel to Iafrate's award-winning The English Professor, is set in Italy and immerses readers in Gracy's life and her trials in love. In that book, Gracy Robertson is the love child of an intense affair, taken from her dying mother and raised in hiding by her devastated father to avoid corrupt mobsters. After the threat is gone, they seek peace, but the professor's death leaves Gracy grief-stricken. Her destiny takes her across the ocean where she finds love, but fate continues to test her with threats and dangers, resolved only when her heart finds its home in a devoted lover.
