Genesis Holdings, Inc. (OTC: GNIS) released a shareholder letter from CEO Oscar Brito detailing the company's early 2026 progress following the launch of its Travaleo digital investment platform. The platform is designed to provide accredited investors with access to branded luxury real estate and hospitality projects, a sector historically dominated by institutional capital and specialized developers.
Brito emphasized that the global investment landscape is transitioning toward digital organization and distribution of real-world assets. Travaleo aims to be a user-friendly platform that structures investment opportunities around branded luxury hospitality and residential developments, creating what the company believes will become a recognized asset class. The platform has already introduced two initial investment vehicles: TRYOI, focused on YOO-branded hospitality projects in Aruba, and TRVEN, targeting luxury opportunities in Venezuela.
To support platform growth, Genesis and Travaleo are pursuing three capital formation strategies: direct investor outreach via digital marketing, working with private placement agents to reach qualified investors and family offices, and partnering with established real estate investor groups and clubs. Under the partnership model, Travaleo provides the digital infrastructure and investment structure, allowing these groups to offer participation in branded luxury real estate opportunities to their investors. The company expects to announce some of these partnerships in the coming weeks.
In addition, Genesis Holdings completed a capital structure initiative by reducing its authorized share count from 2 billion to 100 million shares, aligning with long-term shareholder interests and disciplined governance.
