Generation Uranium Inc. (TSXV: GEN, OTCQB: GENRF, FRA: W85) announced Wednesday that it has entered into a marketing services agreement with Plutus Invest & Consulting GmbH, a Germany-based firm, to enhance the company's visibility among European investors. The twelve-month contract, effective May 12, 2026, encompasses advertorial marketing, public relations strategies, and an advertisement-based investor awareness campaign targeting the European investment market.
Under the Plutus Agreement, Generation Uranium will allocate a media budget ranging from EUR 100,000 to EUR 250,000 for media buying, payable upon commencement of services. The company emphasized that the agreement was negotiated at arm's length and that Plutus and its principals have no prior relationship with Generation. The engagement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Plutus, based at Buchtstrasse 13, Bremen 28195, Germany, can be reached via email at contact@plutuinves.de or by phone at +49 42117540174. The firm will provide consultation on designing and implementing the campaign, which aims to raise Generation Uranium's profile in a region where nuclear energy investment is gaining traction.
Generation Uranium is a Canadian exploration company focused on advancing high-quality uranium assets. Its flagship Yath Project is located in Nunavut's Angilak district, one of Canada's most active uranium camps. The company believes it is well-positioned to contribute to the global supply of clean nuclear energy as demand for uranium grows.
The move comes as uranium prices remain elevated amid increasing interest in nuclear power as a low-carbon energy source. By targeting European investors, Generation Uranium seeks to tap into a market that has shown strong support for nuclear energy development. The company's stock trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol GEN, on the OTCQB under GENRF, and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under W85.
