Global Vision Technologies (GVT) today unveiled the latest enhancements to its FAMCare Rapid Case Management platform as part of the ongoing rollout of the Visions 2.0 architecture. These updates build on last year's introduction of the next-generation FAMCare platform and the Visions 2 Configuration Engine, delivering expanded configuration capabilities, a modernized user interface, and enhanced reporting tools. The improvements are designed to help human services agencies operate with greater flexibility and data insight.
For over two decades, FAMCare has been built around four core structural capabilities: configurability, reporting strength, security and compliance, and multi-provider and complex program management. These capabilities allow agencies to quickly build and adapt forms, workflows, and assessments; provide structured data and integrated analytics for performance monitoring and funder reporting; ensure sensitive client information is protected through robust role-based access controls and HIPAA-compliant architecture; and enable large organizations and collaboratives to coordinate services across multiple programs and provider networks.
The latest Visions 2.0 enhancements extend these foundations. The Visions 2.0 Configuration Engine gives agencies greater control over forms, assessments, and workflows, allowing administrators to quickly adapt intake processes and data collection to meet changing program and compliance requirements. A refreshed user interface improves navigation and simplifies everyday workflows, helping staff work more efficiently while supporting consistent data entry across programs. Additionally, the platform enhancements extend FAMCare's integration with Microsoft Power BI, enabling agencies to more easily monitor performance, identify trends, and present meaningful outcome data to leadership and funders.
“These enhancements reflect the continued evolution of the FAMCare platform,” said George Ritacco, VP of Client Services at Global Vision Technologies. “Visions 2.0 gives agencies greater control over how their systems operate while maintaining the structure needed for reliable reporting, strong security, and complex program management.”
