Fairchild Gold Engages TerraEye for Property-Wide Exploration at Golden Arrow

Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSX-V: FAIR; OTCQB: FCHDF; Frankfurt: Y4Y) has engaged TerraEye to carry out a comprehensive satellite-based spectral mapping and structural interpretation program at its 100%-owned Golden Arrow Gold-Silver Project in Nye County, Nevada. This initiative is designed to evaluate the property's full mineral potential, particularly in areas that have not been extensively explored.

The program will utilize advanced satellite spectral analysis, image enhancement, structural lineament interpretation, and AI-assisted pattern recognition to identify mineralogical and alteration signatures across the property. Special emphasis will be placed on regions beyond the known Gold Coin and Hidden Hill deposits and around historic mine workings. By integrating TerraEye's results with existing geological, geochemical, geophysical, and historical datasets, Fairchild aims to refine exploration targets and highlight areas warranting field follow-up.

The Golden Arrow project currently hosts a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate of approximately 295,000 ounces of gold and 4.36 million ounces of silver in the measured and indicated categories at Gold Coin and Hidden Hill, with additional inferred resources. More than 61,000 metres of historical drilling has been completed, primarily focused on these two deposits. The new exploration program will assess the broader property, potentially uncovering new mineralization zones that could significantly expand the project's resource base.

This strategic move comes as Fairchild seeks to maximize the value of its Nevada-focused portfolio. The company also holds the Nevada Titan copper-gold exploration project in the historic Goodsprings Mining District and the Carlin Queen gold-silver exploration project near the intersection of the Carlin and Midas-Hollister trends. By leveraging advanced remote sensing technology, Fairchild is positioning itself to make data-driven decisions that could lead to new discoveries and enhance shareholder value.

The final technical report from TerraEye is scheduled for late October 2026, and the results will be crucial in prioritizing drill targets. This approach underscores Fairchild's commitment to systematic exploration and its potential to unlock the full potential of the Golden Arrow property.
