Easy Environmental Solutions, Inc. (OTC: EZES) has entered 2026 with significant momentum, capitalizing on global disruptions in the nitrogen fertilizer market. The company's certified organic microbial solution, Terreplenish®, is emerging as a key alternative as farmers face shortages and price surges in chemical nitrogen due to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
According to the company, production capabilities are not contingent on external forces, with facilities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida providing year-round access to food waste used in Terreplenish production. Additionally, Easy FEN™ units are being manufactured at the Mankato, Minnesota factory, with the first unit scheduled for deployment to Africa this spring. Each unit can produce over 2 million gallons of liquid Terreplenish microbial solution annually using local organic waste streams, reducing costs and improving soil fertility.
Field trials across three continents have demonstrated consistent yield increases. In Africa, trials in Ghana, Egypt, and the Congo showed substantial yield improvements for multiple plant varieties. In Central America, focus on flowers, shrubs, and turf has supported beautification efforts in Panama. North American trials in Mexico and Florida have also yielded positive results. New trials are planned for corn, wheat, and various fruits and vegetables this spring. Additionally, the company is continuing ash tree trials to combat the emerald ash borer, aiming to treat over 10,000 trees in the upper Midwest.
To bring Terreplenish to customers, Easy Environmental Solutions has engaged in an aggressive marketing campaign, including trade shows and distributor partnerships. The company was named a preferred partner for Mid States Distribution and attended Rendezvous 2026, engaging with representatives of over 800 retail outlets. Alongside its Amazon launch, this introduces Terreplenish to consumers on a mass scale. At the Golf Course Association conference, the company met with over 2,000 golf course directors worldwide, positioning Terreplenish as a safe alternative to chemicals. Participation in the U.S. Composting Council conference highlighted the product's ability to accelerate decomposition and suppress methane gas. The World Ag Expo in California provided exposure to over 100,000 attendees from 70 countries.
The company has also clarified its strategic direction by deciding not to proceed with a proposed merger with Lifestyle Dock, citing misalignment with long-term vision. Instead, the two organizations are developing an OEM supplier relationship. This decision allows EZES to retain equity and focus on core markets.
With the global nitrogen shortage and increasing regulatory pressure on chemical fertilizers, Easy Environmental Solutions is well-positioned to meet farmer needs through scalable production and a growing distribution network. The company's vision—'to convert waste into worth, while fueling the world, feeding the famished, and fostering environmental sustainability'—remains central to its strategy.
