Dr. Gina Goldfeder, a clinical psychotherapist with over three decades of experience, has announced the U.S. launch of her LiberaSueña Method, detailed in her latest book En un sueño cabe tu vida: El método LiberaSueña para la transformación personal (Your Life Fits Inside a Dream: The LiberaSueña Method for Personal Transformation), published by Bienestur / Hachette Livre. The method integrates dream symbol analysis, active imagination, intuition, and therapeutic writing to decode emotional wounds and transform them into wisdom.
Dr. Goldfeder holds a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac, a Master's and Doctorate in Individual and Couples Therapy from the Instituto Mexicano de la Pareja (AMETEP), and a Master's in Creative Writing from the University of Salamanca. She combines Jungian psychology with modern self-observation tools to create a structured six-step methodology. "Your dreams already know the way; this book teaches you how to walk it," says Dr. Goldfeder, emphasizing that dreams unlock the soul's most intimate language.
The LiberaSueña Method arrives at a time when mental health and stress management are high priorities. Dr. Goldfeder has collaborated with global leaders in consciousness such as Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Brené Brown, Brian Weiss, and Marco Antonio Regil. Her previous works include Soltar la herida: Una oportunidad de vida (Ediciones Urano) and Releasing the Emotional Wound (International Edition).
Dr. Goldfeder will embark on a U.S. Spanish-language media tour ahead of her participation at the Miami Book Fair (November 15–22). She will address resilience, mental health, stress management, and practical tools for building healthy relationships. The LiberaSueña Method offers individuals a way to step off "autopilot" and use dreams as a compass for inner healing.
