Critical Infrastructure Technologies and Terma A/S Sign MOU to Integrate Radar Systems into Autonomous Communications Platform

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Terma A/S, Denmark's largest defence technology company, to explore the integration of Terma radar systems into CiTech's Self-Deploying Communications Platform (Nexus platform). The non-exclusive agreement establishes a framework for cooperation to identify commercial opportunities and assess technical feasibility for combined defence and security applications across international markets.

The MOU outlines several areas of collaboration, including exploring operational use cases enabled by the integrated solution, assessing technical and operational feasibility of integrating Terma radar into CiTech's autonomous deployment platform, and planning joint demonstrations at key European defence and security exhibitions. Planned demonstrations include DAIMEX BALTIC 2026 in Lithuania (12–14 May 2026), the International Drone Summit in Riga (27 May 2026), and the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO in Poland (8–11 September 2026).

Brenton Scott, Chief Executive Officer of CiTech, stated, "This collaboration creates the opportunity to combine Terma's proven radar technology with CiTech's rapidly deployable autonomous communications platform. Together, we aim to demonstrate an integrated solution that supports defence and security operations in demanding environments." Steen Trier, Vice President, Global Sales Surveillance & Mission Systems at Terma, added, "This MOU reflects Terma's ambition to collaborate with innovative partners to explore new operational applications of our radar technology. By assessing how our systems can complement CiTech's platform, we aim to evaluate solutions that enhance situational awareness and operational flexibility for defence and security customers."

The partnership is significant as it combines Terma's expertise in radar systems, command and control solutions, and electronic warfare with CiTech's autonomous, rapidly deployable communications platform. The Nexus platform is designed to provide critical mobile telecommunications for sectors such as mining, defence, border security, and emergency services, using patented technologies that enable rapid self-deployment and high-capacity communications. The integration of radar systems could enhance situational awareness and operational flexibility for defence and security operations in demanding environments.

This MOU marks a step toward potential commercial agreements, with periodic coordination meetings planned to review progress and determine next steps. The collaboration underscores the growing importance of integrated autonomous systems in modern defence and security applications, particularly in Europe where the demonstrations are scheduled.
