Critical Infrastructure Technologies Advances Strategic Nexus 20 Partnership with H. Cegielski in Poland

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) (“CiTech”) has provided an update on its executed Letter of Intent (LOI) with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The announcement highlights progress made since the LOI was signed, including a visit by CEO Brenton Scott to HCP headquarters in Poznan and the dispatch of the first Nexus 20 prototype to HCP’s facility.

Between May 20 and 24, Scott inspected various factories at HCP’s Poznan headquarters, advancing discussions toward a long-term strategic partnership. The first Nexus 20 unit has been dispatched and is expected to arrive at HCP’s Poznan facility in late July 2026. This prototype will be used for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders, including the Polish Armed Forces and NATO’s Eastern Flank.

Under the LOI, CiTech and HCP intend to collaborate on production and assembly, with HCP serving as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in the CEE region. The partnership also includes technology transfer to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support, as well as strategic market expansion by leveraging HCP’s position within the PGZ Group and CiTech’s international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts.

The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed for modern defence and critical security operations. By combining CiTech’s technology with HCP’s industrial manufacturing capabilities, the partnership aims to deliver a sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients. “This partnership represents a significant step forward in CiTech’s international expansion strategy and will complement the establishment of our EU Headquarters in Latvia,” said Brenton Scott. “By working alongside HCP and the PGZ Group, we are positioning the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defence capabilities across Central and Eastern Europe.”

H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A., founded in 1846, is a Polish industrial and engineering company specializing in large-scale mechanical manufacturing, defence production, and industrial solutions. As a subsidiary of PGZ, HCP provides advanced fabrication, machining, and integration capabilities for defence, energy, and transport sectors (www.hcp.eu/en). Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd., listed on the CSE, is creating autonomous, high-capacity, rapidly deployable technology for mining, defence, border security, and emergency services sectors. The company’s self-deploying platform (SDP) supports radio equipment including LTE and other payloads such as surveillance and anti-drone systems (www.citech.com.au).

This partnership is expected to strengthen regional security by providing advanced autonomous infrastructure to NATO’s Eastern Flank. The collaboration marks a critical milestone in CiTech’s international expansion and positions the Nexus 20 as a key asset for allied defence capabilities.
