Centiel SA, a Switzerland-based provider of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment, has secured its first order in the U.S. market under a framework agreement with Neo Critical Power LLC. The order, valued at USD 8.7 million, covers the delivery of a UPS system for a data center project in the United States. This marks the first project under the strategic distribution agreement announced in June 2026, confirming that the partnership is already yielding substantial results.
Delivery of the system is planned within the current financial year and will contribute to the U.S.-related revenue expectations communicated for 2026. The order demonstrates that Centiel's international growth strategy and its entry into the U.S. market are on track, according to Gerardo Lecuona, CEO of Centiel. "This first order demonstrates that our partnership with Neo Critical Power is already bearing fruit and that we are well on track with our international growth strategy and our path into the U.S. market," Lecuona said.
The partnership with Neo Critical Power LLC, based in Wyoming, was established to expand Centiel's presence in North America. Neo Critical Power specializes in providing critical power solutions and will act as a strategic distributor for Centiel's UPS systems. The framework agreement allows for multiple projects to be executed under its terms, with this first order serving as a validation of the collaboration's potential.

The company's ability to secure this order shortly after the framework agreement was announced highlights the strength of its technology and the effectiveness of its partnership strategy.
Centiel's revenue expectations for 2026 include contributions from the U.S. market, and this order is a significant step toward meeting those targets.
