Canamera Energy Metals Corp. (CSE: EMET) (OTCQB: EMETF) (FSE: 4LF0) has completed its due diligence auger drill program at the Patos rare earth element (REE) project in Presidente Olegário, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The company drilled 11 holes totaling about 78 meters between March 10 and March 26, 2026, and submitted 66 samples to SGS Geosol in Vespasiano for multi-element analysis, including rare earth elements and titanium. Assay results are expected in four to six weeks.
The program is part of Canamera’s due diligence review tied to its potential acquisition of an option to earn a 100% interest in the project. Following receipt of assays, the company will have 30 days to decide whether to proceed. The Patos project is located in a region known for its geological potential for REE mineralization, and the results will be critical in assessing the project's economic viability.
