TORONTO — The Canadian Salsa Festivals Project (CSFP) has announced its most ambitious season to date, with a series of events running from June through September 2026, including a first-time expansion into Niagara Falls. The lineup features returning festivals such as TD Salsa on St. Clair and TD Salsa at Blue Mountain, alongside new programming that aims to bring Latin culture to broader audiences across Canada.
The highlight of the 2026 season is the inaugural Salsa at Niagara Falls, scheduled for September 12 and 13. This event is a partnership with Niagara Falls Tourism, the Niagara Parks Commission, and Fallsview Casino Resort. Adam Stiles, Interim President and CEO of Niagara Falls Tourism, noted, "Salsa at Niagara Falls is exactly the kind of vibrant, world-class event our destination is made for, it’s a perfect addition to our September calendar for the next several years."
TD Bank Group has expanded its title sponsorship to include Salsa Tremblant in Quebec's Laurentians region, while renewing its support for TD Salsa on St. Clair in Toronto and TD Salsa at Blue Mountain in Collingwood. Robyn Small, Senior Manager of Philanthropy at TD Bank Group, stated, "Festivals like TD Salsa on St. Clair bring people together to celebrate what shapes us — our stories, food, music, and art."
TLN Media Group, founder and longstanding media partner of Salsa in Toronto, continues to champion the festival's growth. Aldo Di Felice, President of TLN Media Group, emphasized, "Salsa in Toronto has become one of Canada’s premier cultural celebrations, bringing together hundreds of thousands of people each year while showcasing the power of music, culture, and community."
The returning festivals include TD Salsa at Blue Mountain (June 26–28), which kicks off the summer season in the Blue Mountain Village. Patti Kendall, President of Blue Mountain Village Association, said, "Salsa at Blue is a highly anticipated event that brings vibrant Latin energy to the Village, kicking off our summer festival season." TD Salsa on St. Clair (July 11–12) remains Canada's largest free Latin-themed street festival, featuring over 350 live performers, weekend headliners including JUNO nominee Andy Ruba and Yani Borrell, the Fiesta Parade presented by Lenpanada, and over 35 authentic Latin food vendors representing 15+ countries.
TD Salsa Tremblant (August 21–23) returns for its third year, transforming the Tremblant Pedestrian Village into a hub of Latin life. Nicolas Dien, Event Director of Tremblant Resort Association, remarked, "We are very proud to be hosting Salsa Tremblant for a third consecutive year. This event perfectly embodies Tremblant’s DNA — a vibrant, welcoming destination where music, dance, and nature come together."
Returning festival program favorites include the Vibrante Latin Art Exhibition at Toronto's Little EGG Gallery (June 6 – July 12), free dance lessons across Southern Ontario (May – August), Salsa on Market Street (August 9), and family salsa dance lessons at Toronto museums (August – October).
