At IBC2026, BZBGEAR will present a complete camera-to-fiber broadcast chain, integrating acquisition, production, encoding, and transport into one working system. The demonstration, running continuously at Hall 11, Stand 11.A26, addresses the fragmented approach common in the industry by showing how all four links operate together seamlessly.
The acquisition stage features BZBGEAR's award-winning ADAMO PTZ cameras in NDI|HX 3 and Dante AV-H versions. The BG-ADAMO-4KND and BG-ADAMO-4KDA output up to 4K@60Hz over HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI, with AI-powered auto-tracking in Presenter and Zone modes. Integrated tally lights and an onboard microSD writer for up to 1TB of 4K video eliminate the need for separate recording devices. The BG-ADAMO-JRND and BG-ADAMO-JRDA offer 1080p@60Hz with the same single-cable install and control workflow, providing a cost-effective HD complement to the 4K hero angles.
Production is handled by the BG-Commander-UltraX, an all-in-one 4K switcher and PTZ joystick controller with onboard recording. It accepts four HDMI inputs up to 4K@30Hz, offers chroma key, picture-in-picture, and logo overlay, and can output as a USB webcam for streaming. Camera control is via ONVIF 2.8 and VISCA over IP, consolidating the flypack into a single portable unit.
For encoding, the BG-STREAM-DE provides one-channel SDI/HDMI encoding, decoding, and recording. It supports H.265/H.264 up to 1080p@60Hz and outputs to 3840x2160p@60Hz, with SRT, RTMP, and other transport options. USB 3.0 recording to MP4, TS, or MOV ensures a safety copy, while NDI and Dante AV-H are available under separate license.
The transport link, BG-IPGEAR-XTREME-F, carries 8K@60Hz 4:4:4 with DSC 1.2a, uncompressed 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, and visually lossless 4K@144Hz 4:4:4 over single-mode fiber up to 10 kilometers at zero-frame latency. It also supports RS-232, IR, CEC, 1G Ethernet, and USB KVM over the same fiber, eliminating ground loops and EMI.
