B&M Electric, led by founder and CEO Charles Vargas, has completed a home build in Ensenada, Mexico, in just three days, from December 6 to December 8. The project, undertaken in collaboration with Prosperity Homes and the business coaching group Giving Business Soul, aimed to provide a family in need with safe and dignified housing. The team also visited a nearby migrant farmworker camp on December 7 to distribute food, clothing, and essential supplies.

Witnessing the hardships that many hardworking families endure was both humbling and a profound reminder of why service must be an integral part of our mission.”
The visit to the migrant camp involved interactions with families facing difficult living conditions. The group distributed pizza, groceries, clothing, and other essential items, emphasizing the importance of arriving “with open hands and open hearts,” as Vargas noted. “We came to give, and we departed feeling inspired to do even more.”
