BLAQclouds, Inc. (OTC: BCDS) announced the successful automation of multiple global payment platforms within its ApolloCASH ecosystem, achieving a milestone in cross-platform remittance and settlement. The company also launched Phase One of theAlley.io, its SocialFi communications and commerce platform.
ApolloCASH now automates settlement workflows across major payment networks including PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Wise, Revolut, Chime, Telegram, and UPI. This automation leverages the company's proprietary Single Use Liquidity Pool (SULP) architecture, settling transactions through Apollo Chain and Binance Smart Chain using APUSD and USDT stablecoins. The company reported a 480% increase in referral link activity over the past 30 days, indicating growing user engagement.
In parallel, BLAQclouds is finalizing Know Your Business (KYB) onboarding with Spritz Finance and concluding Sandbox testing of its digital asset on-ramp, off-ramp, and bill payment infrastructure. Subject to regulatory and operational readiness, these capabilities are expected to integrate into ApolloCASH by the first week of April 2026, enabling conversion between digital assets and fiat obligations such as utility payments and subscriptions.
The company introduced a Real-Time Chat feature within ApolloCASH's user address book to enhance transaction transparency. Senders and recipients can communicate directly during transactions, allowing confirmation of payment status and settlement preferences. BLAQclouds believes this feature will improve user experience and increase transaction completion rates, citing industry research that suggests integrated communication can boost completion rates by 20% to 40%.
BLAQclouds is also testing integrations with additional networks like X-Money, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Remitly, Airwallex, OFX, Sendwave, Paysend, SOKIN, Ria Money Transfer, WorldRemit, OA Pay, Instarem, and Intermex to expand its addressable market.
The company has onboarded approximately 1.5 million international banking customers onto its BLAQ Private Chain infrastructure and is migrating test accounts in controlled blocks of 1,000 users. Targeted onboarding initiatives are underway for 1.4 million PayPal users and 1.1 million Cash App account holders.
The Phase One launch of theAlley.io features personalized content feeds, friends networking with global import, end-to-end encrypted chat, voice and video calling for up to 2,000 users, screen sharing, collaborative whiteboard tools, access to the ApolloNFT marketplace, and user-created online stores powered by BLAQpay.io. The platform is a Progressive Web App (PWA) available across desktop and mobile.
BLAQclouds has begun onboarding over 120,000 independent artists across music, film, and digital media, representing a combined social media reach of over one billion users. Future phases include peer-to-peer payments via ApolloCASH, deeper NFT integration, play-to-earn gaming, video publishing, podcast creation, and digital music events. Phase Three will implement the APO-8004 monetization framework, a series of smart contracts for automated monetization of livestreams, podcasts, and digital media.
