Gupta brings extensive experience from his previous roles as Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Agency Partners and Senior Vice President & General Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Liberty Mutual Insurance. At Liberty Mutual, he managed third-party strategic partnerships for the company's $22 billion Global Retail Markets US business unit, overseeing sourcing, optimization, and account management of large property and casualty agencies and affinities, delivering over $1 billion in premium annually.
Gupta's appointment is expected to bolster AAI's mission to deliver exceptional service and innovative insurance solutions as it expands its national footprint. His expertise in strategic partnerships and operations aligns with AAI's goal of supporting independent agencies through its platform, which includes centralized operational, legal, and technology support, access to a national array of carrier appointments, enhanced commission economics, and profit-sharing programs.
