ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel, uniforms, promotional products, and fulfillment services, has announced its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a return to profitability in the second quarter, with net income of $51,476 compared to a net loss of $69,110 in the same period last year. This marks a significant turnaround driven by an 11.4% increase in revenue to $1,307,924 and a 6.7% decline in general and administrative expenses to $398,792, reflecting efficiencies from consolidating operations into its new 100,000-square-foot facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
The new facility, which received its Certificate of Occupancy in March 2026, is approximately 5.8 times larger than the company's previous location and is designed to support up to five times its prior production capacity. This expansion has already begun to yield benefits, as promotional products revenue grew 19.7% to $1,208,576, driven by new customer sales attributed to the facility's expanded capacity and visibility. The company's operating income improved to $39,102 from an operating loss of $(59,901) in the prior-year quarter.
"The second quarter marked the inflection point we have been building toward," said Marc Johnson, Chief Executive Officer of ADM Endeavors. "Our new facility is doing exactly what we designed it to do. Its expanded capacity and visibility are winning new customers, while operating under one roof is bringing our overhead down. We grew revenue double digits, reduced administrative costs, and converted that operating leverage directly into bottom-line profitability."
Despite the quarterly profitability, the first half of 2026 still shows a net loss of $(80,598), but this is compared to net income of $34,345 in the prior-year period, which included a $264,514 insurance claim. On an operating basis, the company cut its first-half loss nearly in half to $(118,422) from $(211,483), while absorbing the costs of its largest expansion. Cash used in operating activities improved 26% to $(273,934) from $(370,261).
The company has also made strategic moves to support its growth, including the appointment of Calvin Tsang as Chief Financial Officer in June 2026. Additionally, the retail buildout within the new facility is nearing completion, which is expected to expand walk-in and workwear revenue opportunities. The company has secured new contract awards and renewals across government, education, and corporate sectors, including a uniform program for a Lockheed Martin division in Arizona and a bid award from Dallas College, as announced in July 2026.
The company's diversified revenue streams are notable, with no single customer representing more than 10% of revenue during the first half of 2026. This diversification, combined with the operational efficiencies from the new facility, positions ADM Endeavors well for sustained growth in the second half of 2026. As the back-to-school season begins and new contracts contribute, the company believes it is well positioned to build on this momentum.
