ADM Endeavors Lands Two Municipal Uniform Contracts, Including Its Largest City Yet

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel and promotional products, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Just Right Products, Inc., has been selected for two new city uniform contracts. One contract is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, while the other is with a city whose population exceeds 1 million, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates. The larger contract would be the most significant municipal opportunity in the company's history. Both contracts are pending approval by the respective city councils.

The selection underscores the company's growing reputation in the public sector. Municipal uniform contracts are awarded through formal competitive procurement, requiring bidders to meet stringent criteria on price, quality, service, and delivery capability. Winning a contract with a city of over 1 million residents is particularly challenging, as such cities have some of the most demanding requirements in the public sector. The company believes its selection reflects its proven track record with 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties, as well as its capacity at its 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production facility.

Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, expressed pride in the achievement, noting that the larger contract was a personal goal. "We have been pursuing this account for more than seven years," he said, "and winning it validates all the hard work our team has put in." The larger city, which employs thousands of uniformed personnel across departments such as public works, water utilities, parks, code compliance, and transportation, represents a recurring revenue opportunity that could significantly impact the company's financial performance.

The second contract, with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, aligns with the profile of the company's existing municipal customers. Together, these awards would bring ADMQ's roster to 19 Texas cities. The contracts are typically multi-year agreements, with city departments placing orders as needed, so revenue will depend on the volume of orders placed over the life of each contract. The company will provide updates once the contracts are finalized and approved.

These awards build on recent momentum. Earlier in September, Just Right Products received orders from eight city fire departments following its first appearance as a vendor at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference. In August, the company reported a return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924, and net income of $62,061 compared to a net loss of $69,110 in the prior-year period.

The company's investment in its Fort Worth facility has positioned it to handle large-scale orders. "The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval," Johnson added. "Public-sector customers renew, and they refer. Every city we add makes the next one easier to win." As ADM Endeavors continues to expand its municipal portfolio, the company remains focused on leveraging its operational strengths to secure additional contracts and sustain its growth trajectory.
