ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel, uniforms, promotional products, and fulfillment services, announced the ongoing consolidation of its operations into a new corporate headquarters and production facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The transition began on April 6 with operations associated with Innovative Impressions, followed by Academic Outfitters on April 7. The Company’s primary production and promotional products division, FW Promo, is expected to complete its move within approximately 45 days.
The consolidation is expected to significantly reduce facility-related expenses, as the Company has historically incurred costs at three separate locations. According to the press release, two of the Company’s operating divisions—Innovative Impressions and FW Promo—have historically incurred combined annual facility and operating expenses of approximately $278,503, including rent, insurance, utilities, and property taxes. For example, rent for these two divisions totaled $111,083.53 annually, while power and electricity costs were $38,421.92, and communications expenses were $21,178.25. Following full consolidation, the Company expects some facility-related expenses to be reduced by approximately 50% or more over time, as certain occupancy costs are eliminated or reduced and operational efficiencies are realized.
The new facility has already been carried on the Company’s books throughout 2025, supporting the expectation of cost reductions. In addition to financial savings, the consolidation is expected to improve coordination between divisions, increase production efficiency, streamline logistics, enhance the fulfillment process, and improve overall operational performance. The Company believes these improvements may contribute to better operating margins and profitability over time.
ADM Endeavors also announced plans to open a new retail division focused on workwear and medical scrubs at the new facility, with a targeted opening timeframe of May or June. Ariat, a leading footwear and apparel brand, has expressed strong support for the new retail location and is providing a large Ariat backlit sign on the building along with a substantial quantity of Ariat-branded fixtures.
The transition of equipment, inventory, and personnel into the new facility will continue over the coming weeks as the Company completes the consolidation. ADM Endeavors operates multiple divisions serving corporate, municipal, school, and organizational customers throughout the United States.
