The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) recently provided assistance to a qualified homeowner through its Homeowners Outreach Program Enterprise (HOPE) Grant, demonstrating the organization's commitment to supporting community members facing financial challenges. The grant covered the homeowner's community assessments for a one-year period, allowing them to remain an active participant in their community while alleviating financial strain.
The HOPE Grant, established by AACM members and affiliate partners, aims to give back to the community by providing financial support and property maintenance assistance to homeowners who are experiencing difficulties that impact their ability to meet HOA obligations or maintain their homes.
